Cancellation Policy

Deposits: Deposits made for appointments are non-refundable. Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be canceled. A new booking will be required. Any deposit paid will be forfeited. Appointment Time: Time for your session starts at the scheduled appointment time. Please arrive on time to make the most of your appointment. Early arrival is always recommended! Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. No Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of any deposits or funds paid towards that session. You will need to rebook and may be required to pay a rebooking fee of $28 Special Circumstances: Certain circumstances may require a double deposit or a rebooking fee, which will be communicated to you in advance.
