  • Where is Superior Recovery Services located?
    We are centrally located in the Miami Dade Area. Which is conveniently between 10-35min of all high demand surgical clinics.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Please read and understand Superior Recovery’s cancellation and change policy. • Deposits are $250 and are NONREFUNDABLE! Deposits are good for 1yr! • Any stays not paid and confirmed 7days before arrival will be canceled and subject to a cancellation fee of $250. • Failure to show up on your scheduled arrival day will cancel your stay! You will not be refunded or able to reschedule! A new booking will be required! • All clients have one complimentary reschedule. Any changes thereafter will require a $100 inconvenience fee EACH TIME NO EXCEPTIONS! • Canceling your stay? No problem! Please be advised your deposit is NONREFUNDABLE & a $250 cancellation fee will be charged. • If your surgery is canceled due to medical or natural disaster and you choose to cancel your stay with SRS you will lose your deposit and be refunded anything remaining. However, documents must be submitted and approved. • If your surgery is canceled the day of surgery, you are still responsible for your stay! Your stay may be discounted depending on the situation. All stays less than 3 nights are responsible for transportation provided by SRS. Which is estimated at $25-$85 per trip. • Once your stay is booked there will be NO CHANGES made to your invoice! You are only allowed date changes no other changes will be allowed you will be responsible for all things invoiced! Please book accordingly! • If you are having complications after surgery and have to go to the hospital, SRS will transport you to the hospital. If you choose to return after you are released from the hospital that will be based on availability. SRS will not be responsible for any fees incurred. SRS also will not refund if a client decides to go home after a hospital stay. Client is responsible for dates booked while admitted in hospital. If a client is released and would like to return, the client is responsible for any fees needed to extend their stay. If the client is admitted and stays in the hospital, SRS will only refund up to 40% off per night which depends on the room booked. • All clients are fully responsible for their stay! Absolutely NO REFUNDS! If for any reason you do not enjoy your stay, please contact us!
  • Does Superior Recovery allow guests?
    As of July 1, 2021, we will no longer allow guest in the house. The only guests allowed in the recovery home are those that booked to stay with the recovering client.
  • What transportation is included in my stay?
    To better accommodate your stay, Superior Recovery Services provides complimentary transportation to/from: 1. Surgery 2. PostOp(1) 3. Medication 4. Airport (Depart Only) Transportation hours for airport are strictly from Monday to Saturday, 7am-4pm ONLY. No transportation will be available on Sunday. Any transportation outside of those mentioned trips above will require additional transportation fees which are based on availability and your clinic location which can range between $25-85, one way. Your stay with us includes transportation for one (1) post op appointment. If you exceed one post op appointment, there is a fee associated with transportation and is subject to availability. Transportation is provided by Superior Recovery, Uber, Lyft, or other approved contractors. Transportation cannot be altered, if you are checking out late there will be no transportation provided.
  • Do we offer massages?
    Yes, we offer in house massages. Massages are $85 each or 3 for $250. Early booking is recommended. Please be advised that last minute booking within 24 hours is $95/session.
  • What type of payment methods are accepted.
    At this time we offer online booking, book by invoice, Cash App, Apple Pay, & Zelle
  • How much is deposit?
    $250 non refundable deposit is required for your reservation. deposits are good for 1yr unless discussed. If booking with a companion, companion deposits are $175 also non refundable.
  • What's included in my stay with Superior Recovery?
    All stays include 3 Fresh meals daily Unlimited snacks and hydration 24hr licensed care Laundry Hygiene & Faja Assistance Basic supply package Transportation
  • What's in the basic supply package
    10 Bed/Chux pads 5 Depends 5 Maxi Pads Tylenol (20ct) Dial Soap Wipes Additional Supplies available for a fee.
  • What's our check in and check out times?
    Check in is at 3pm Check out is at 11am Early check in and late check out is available for $100 Early check in is available as early as 12pm Late check out is available until 3pm after 3pm you will be charged a full night rate. Please Be Advised when checking out late you will not receive transportation to the airport, transportation for all stays ends at 11am check out day no exceptions!
  • What happens if my dates change?
    Superior Recovery offer one complimentary date change, any date changes will require a $100 reschedule fee there after.
  • Is there a nurse in house?
    Our staff consist of CNAs HHAs PCAs MAs & an on call RN We make sure our staff is completely trained and equipped with all the knowledge and safety procedures to be sure our clients receive optimal care in a safe environment
